Engineers for Pioneers’ idea is simple. With more people wanting flexibility at work twinned with an explosion of small businesses and start-ups (without the revenue to pay full-time staff), an idea was born. A network of experienced talent on affordable terms, ready to plug into businesses on a project or part time basis.
Starting from scratch, Engineers for Pioneers needed a visual identity to take the leap from an idea on paper to reality.
With a complex offering, the identity needed to be bold, confident and speak directly to both small businesses and the talent that supports them.
A bright colour palette and punchy tone-of-voice, twinned with friendly illustrations gave Engineers for Pioneers an identity with attitude. The word ‘for’ became the link between the supplier and businesses, used in social media for advertising briefs and vacancies.
